2. Data we receive
Through forms and direct inquiries, a user may provide a name, company, phone number or email, and information about a product, country, volume, supply destination, and comment. Do not send banking details, passwords, special categories of personal data, or another person's data without a lawful basis.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
Data is used to receive and classify an inquiry, contact the user, assess the objective, prepare a response or commercial offer, and arrange further interaction. Processing is based on the user's explicit consent and, when the parties proceed to a contractual relationship, on the need to prepare and perform the contract and other bases provided by applicable law.
4. Collection method and recipients
Data is collected electronically when a form is completed or an email is sent. Access is granted to authorized employees and technical service providers that support the website and communications, only to the extent necessary. Data may be transferred to public authorities when expressly required by law.
5. Retention and protection
