Export system

From product to a stable sales channel

The company works not as a stand-alone logistics intermediary but as a managed export system covering assortment, pricing, regulation, supply, commercial channels, and marketing.

01

Local expertise and team

Turgut Edis, Founder and General Manager of DIVA Export, develops international export projects. Daniela Edis, Deputy General Manager and Moscow Export Center Ambassador in Türkiye, connects Moscow businesses with the Turkish business environment, banks, financial participants, importers, and sales channels.

02

Russian Export Center experience

DIVA Export acted as a local operator for Russian export projects, Made in Russia, and Good Food Russia, organizing B2B meetings, business missions, retail negotiations, sample delivery, registration, import, and promotion.

03

High-potential categories

Agricultural products, sunflower oil, food ingredients such as proteins, starches and fiber, packaged food, beverages, cosmetics, FMCG, and industrial raw materials. Turkish companies seek stable supply, long-term contracts, and reliable logistics.

04

Russia–Türkiye trade in 2026

Türkiye remains one of Russia's largest trading partners. Demand is growing for food, food ingredients, cosmetics, FMCG, and industrial raw materials. Turkish companies place particular value on stable supply, long-term contracts, and reliable logistics.

05

Assortment and retail shelves

Made in Russia shelves opened in CarrefourSA, Migros, METRO, and regional retail chains. The project promotes food, beverages, cosmetics, pet products, non-food goods, groceries, confectionery, sunflower oil, grain, and processed products.

06

Documents and Turkish requirements

Work includes HS-code determination, duty calculation, certification, registration, permits, licensing, Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry requirements, Turkish labeling, packaging translation, import documents, and customs clearance.

07

Marketing and localization

Digital promotion covers Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and SEO. Retail uses tastings, promotions, shelf decoration, and POS; B2B uses exhibitions, business missions, importer meetings, and HoReCa. Packaging, positioning, content, and influencer work are localized for the audience.

08

International payments

Depending on the transaction, prepayment, bank transfer, a letter of credit, escrow, and alternative solutions through other jurisdictions may be considered. The bank, currency, contract, sanctions, taxes, and timing are reviewed separately.

09

Logistics

Sea shipments from Novorossiysk, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, and Vladivostok through Istanbul, Izmit, and Mersin suit large volumes and usually take 7–20 days. Road routes through Georgia's Sarpi checkpoint or Azerbaijan's Astara checkpoint take 3–7 days; rail routes through the ports of Poti/Batumi or Azerbaijan take 7–12 days. Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir airports serve urgent and valuable cargo. General, consolidated, dangerous, and temperature-controlled cargo, insurance, warehousing, and door-to-door delivery are available. Türkiye is a convenient logistics hub for reaching the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa.

10

Events and promotion

The project participated in ANFAŞ Food Product 2024 and 2025, WorldFood Istanbul 2024, tastings in Istanbul, Ankara, and Antalya, X-WATERS Antalya, Russia Day, and HoReCa events. Products appeared on Trendyol and Hepsiburada and in Migros, CarrefourSA, METRO, Shell, and HoReCa, supported by influencers, TikTok, and YouTube.

11

2025 achievements

Following ANFAŞ 2025, Russian brands developed HoReCa through negotiations with local distributors and retail chains. The Haftanın Konuğu television program on İzmir Türk reached more than one million viewers and prompted a strong response from the diaspora and Turkish audience. In March, a strategic session at the Russian Export Center office with Russian and Turkish partners produced a long-term Made in Russia promotion strategy.

12

Awards and results

Good Food Russia and DIVA Export received Altın İnci, while DIVA Export received Altın Ege. The project ranked second among global agricultural pavilions at the Made in Russia Forum on 4 October 2024 and received a Russian Export Center letter of appreciation and special recognition in 2025 for client service and innovative promotion.

13

Agricultural exports and infrastructure

Since 2024, DIVA Export has developed international supplies of wheat, barley, corn, and sunflower oil. With an Izmir office and logistics unit, it offers access to up to 35,000 points of sale across CarrefourSA, METRO, Migros, and other channels.

14

Digital and AI marketing

The team creates AI photo and video for social media and marketplaces, 3D and animation, digital ambassadors, RU/TR video, Trendyol and Hepsiburada content, Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and creative B2B and B2C concepts.
